Unlock your child's full potential: Pupil Premium Funding can help!

Every child deserves the chance to shine, but sometimes, they need a little extra support to reach their full potential. That's where Pupil Premium Funding comes in. It's an extra boost of resources for schools to help pupils overcome challenges and achieve their dreams, and your child may be eligible!

Free School Meals Eligibility:

  1. If your family receives any of the following:
  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you're not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)

Looked-after and Previously Looked-after Children:

Children currently in care (in the care of the local authority) or those who have been adopted from care.

Service Children:

Children with a parent who is serving in the armed forces or those who have served within the past few years.

Remember, these criteria can change, so it's a good idea to check with the school for the most up-to-date information. If you think your child qualifies, it's worth discussing with the school to ensure they are receiving the support they need.

Think of it like:

A personalised learning kit: Providing tailored support, whether it's one-on-one tutoring, after-school clubs, or specialist equipment, to help your child excel in areas they need it most.

Fuelling their passions: Funding for enriching activities like music lessons, sports equipment, or educational trips, broadening their horizons and nurturing their talents.

Building confidence and resilience: Helping your child overcome barriers to learning, whether it's financial hardship, academic challenges, or personal circumstances.

Pupil Premium Funding is not just about academics. It's about giving every child the opportunity to thrive, both inside and outside the classroom. It's about unleashing their potential and shaping a brighter future.

Applying is easy and confidential. Your child's eligibility is based on factors like household income, benefits received, or being in care. Check your school's website or contact their Pupil Premium coordinator to find out if your child qualifies.

Applying doesn't affect your child's education or treatment at school.

The funding benefits all pupils, including your child, by creating a richer learning environment for everyone.

You're not alone. Many families rely on Pupil Premium Funding to support their children's success.

Don't let anything hold your child back. Give them the tools and opportunities they need to shine. Apply for Pupil Premium Funding today and unlock their full potential!

We aim for the gap in attainment to reduce in each year group as a result of accelerated progress through timely intervention.
  • Pupils are engaged and demonstrate successful learning skills in all aspects of the curriculum
  • Pupils demonstrate higher level thinking skills in independent learning.
